Emily Stephen, Team Lead
Emily Stephen leads Elevate Ohio Group, advising businesses and investors on commercial real estate strategy, deal structure, and execution across Central Ohio. She specializes in retail, office, industrial, and land transactions, with a focus on positioning opportunities and negotiating strong outcomes.
Emily is actively involved in the commercial real estate community. She serves on the Commercial Education Committee for Columbus Realtors, serves as a Director for Ohio Realtors, is Membership Chair for CCIIR (Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors), and is a member of OCREE (Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangors).
In addition to her commercial work, Emily also assists business owners with their residential real estate needs as their goals evolve.
Kim Malafaia
Kim Malafaia plays a key role in identifying and tracking opportunities in the Columbus market, including hard to find spaces both on and off the market. She helps ensure strong opportunities are not overlooked and brings a high level of organization, consistency, and attention to detail to every deal.
Kim supports the team by managing timelines, coordinating critical details, and keeping transactions progressing from initial strategy through closing. She is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio and is equipped to assist clients throughout the process.
